For the same period, Macau’s total gaming revenue – including slot machines, mass and VIP tables – amounted to some MOP223.2 billion (US$27.9 billion). The ‘temporary casino’ of the operator was launched in November 2015. The company said last year that a new gaming project on the island, named Imperial Pacific Resort, would be opened prior to Chinese New Year at the end of this month. The new property is expected to provide 200 new gaming tables and 400 new slot machines.
