Looking back, how would you describe the year for the gambling industry?
In general terms it was a very good one. There are major investments going on in a number of countries in Europe, America and Africa, who are experiencing sustainable growth. Other potential major markets are waiting for new legislation on gambling. This includes Mexico, Brazil and Japan. Will 2017 be the year?
What areas are you working to improve?
We are always working on ways to differentiate our product offer. This strategy has proved very successful for us along the years and we stick to it.
““In an ever growing electronic world, there may be some people that think that playing cards may be a commodity product. We want to kindly prove them wrong
”
Playing cards make the difference in the casino Win. Electronic games work in a more controllable and predictable environment. So bringing security and more uptime in the card games (no shuffler jams, fast and speed games) is what makes the difference at the end of the day.
What plans and projects are you working at the moment?
We are working on a project to make our cards even more secure. Our aim is always to make more difficult, if not impossible, the possibility of cheating and fraud.
What are some goals you expect to accomplish next year?
We want to keep growing with our Bee Electronic Shoe and our Pre-Shuffled cards. In the last two years we have experienced significant growth in these two products and we expect 2017 will follow the same path
How would you describe the year gone by in one phrase?
A year where the casino industry showed its growth potential despite international uncertainty.
