SUZOHAPP selects Giovanni Milanesi as Product Manager for Components in EMA

With 10 years’ experience within the payment system technology, Milanesi brings to his new role extensive knowledge and valuable expertise in product management. His primary responsibility will be to work on all aspects of development of SUZOHAPP components, defining product roadmaps and life cyles. He will interface between the market and the product team, leading the effort to understand customer needs and defining requirements for new products. In addition, Milanesi will assess the market and identify cross-selling opportunities, in coordination with the Group product management.

Since 2006, Milanesi has held management positions as Project Leader and later as Head of Product Management & Innovation at Comestero, a leading provider of electronic payment systems and self-service equipment. During his time at Comestero he managed a team of 6 technicians, led the pre and post sales support services and participated in various stages of new product development.

Milanesi received a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering and earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Politecnico of Milan, Italy.

Milanesi will report to Marcel Oelen, SUZOHAPP EMEA Managing Director. “Giovanni’s experience and skills will undoubtedly strengthen and improve our product development processes. He is an excellent addition to the SUZOHAPP team and we are very pleased to welcome him on board,” stated Mr. Oelen.
