“Great show” for SUZOHAPP in Macau

SUZOHAPP is much more than a component and parts supplier. SUZOHAPP has grown to become an expert in cash management technology now that SCAN COIN and Comestero both belong to the group. Furthermore, SUZOHAPP offers complete solutions – and is continuing to innovate in this field. Examples of complete solutions include the Chip Dispensing Machine (CDM) that enables gaming operators to offer a fully automatic way of dispensing chips / tokens in their locations. The trend towards self-service in casinos is being answered with this “self-serve cage” solution which will be installed for the first time in a casino in Australia in early 2017.

Another way SUZOHAPP is helping the industry to grow is via a range of customizable metal cabinets - SoloPro and DualPro. This is of particular interest for game developers – who just need to plug in their game board to have a complete land-based solution.

Coming back to the cash management expertise – the CashComplete solutions created much interest at the MGS. This new range has been designed to improve business at all levels optimizing accuracy, cash visibility and shrinkage protection. The new solutions enable customers to dramatically reduce working capital and the expenses associated with cash management. In particular, the CashComplete SDS-25 is a secure, smart and high performing note deposit to securely validate and store banknotes. The newest desktop solutions within the SUZOHAPP product portfolio was in strong demand at MGS – namely the banknote and coin counters/sorters. The SC8220 offers a world of benefits as a compact multi-currency banknote counter. It comes with approximately 20 currencies pre-installed and offers many benefits, including the serial number recognition and the UV LED for higher accuracy and minimal effort when detecting bad and counterfeits notes. A further star was the VC100D Mini currency counter that is ideal for rapid and accurate counting of both new and used banknotes, as well as counting bundles.
