Among the products Ainsworth introduced at this year's G2E in Las Vegas is the A600 cabinet. What are the main differences between this and other products that have already gone live in Latin America? What makes the A600 cabinet stand out from the rest?

The A600 cabinet, both Upright and Slant Top versions, unlike existing successful products Ainsworth has installed in the region, offers a modern design, which breaks from traditional design schemes with new finishes and innovative technologies such as an LCD keypad including a hit button. These product details have been designed by our engineers with the behavior of customers in mind, developing an analysis of levels of comfort and interaction. They also worked on the technology of the new dual 24” high-resolution screen in order to offer unparalleled quality graphics and animations. A simultaneous illumination system operates through an RF card that connects the bank of machines to form a community game experience. Ainsworth takes pride in the development of the new cabinet, the product itself, and of the hard work and meticulous attention to detail that went into making the A600 cabinet more reliable for casino operators.

The A600 cabinet is enhanced with a wide range of games and new product developments which are spreading rapidly through the halls of Latin America. Innovative games like Win Storm provide the ability to entwine with a community jackpot and the standalone progressive jackpot version preferred in the gambling halls in Latin America. New developments of the successful Quad Shot are a symbol of the high profitability of Ainsworth, including new themes like Run with the Wolves, Jungle Princess, and Golden Lion 2. We’ve also introduced a new line of games belonging to the Play 40/50/100 Lines brand, with themes such as Action Dragons, Ancient Treasure, and Majestic Tiger, with all kinds of different regional player configurations.

Which of the products showcased during the trade show do you think will show greater results in Latin America?

Within the vast product lines of Ainsworth, the majestic new cabinet A640 that was showcased at this edition of G2E stands out. It includes a stunning enclosure that provides optimal viewing of the large, 40” high-definition monitor and an attractive design that offers greater interaction for players. The A640 cabinet elegantly integrates an LCD panel and a system of LED lights that interact with the attractions of games, offering a superior experience for the player.
Along with the A640, Ainsworth presented a series of licensed King Kong games. The giant fictional gorilla that lives on Skull Island starred in several movies, TV series, and games, has become a modern popular culture icon. King Kong and King Kong of the Skull Island A640 accompany the new cabinet.

How's the year going so far?

The sales team, led by Matej Zupancic, has had excellent results at the recent show in Las Vegas. The performance of Ainsworth continues with its trend of solid growth in various regions and they will have a leg up on the competitive market in the gaming industry. Ainsworth's Latin America division increased its presence with the recent construction of new commercial and distribution center offices, increasing its activities in Latin America. The recent acquisition joins a comprehensive plan that aims to support and diversify business models for all existing distribution centers in Argentina, Peru, Mexico, and Colombia.
Our focus for the remainder of 2016 is to expand our market presence in regions where we are already present and use the increased visibility to conquer new markets we have not yet penetrated. Due to the quality of our products, which is recognized in the most important markets in Latin America, other regions are showing great interest.

The share acquisition deal with Novomatic has yet to be completed, how will it help boost growth for both companies?

Ainsworth business continues as usual. Ainsworth retains considerable growth in the region of Latin America and prepares for a great future with the support of Novomatic as a shareholder, which guarantees the continuity of the prestigious brand. The relationship between these companies promises to accelerate the growth of Ainsworth with a broad product line that will allow us to further enhance our position in international markets.
