The notification concerns the first division game between AEZ Limassol and AEK Larnaca, which the away team won 5-2.
The notification, from European football governing body Uefa, cited suspicious betting activity. According to the file, before the game, there had been a lot of betting on AEZ losing the game with a difference of at least three goals and that at least four goals would be scored.
This was the second notification involving AEZ.
On September 14, its had been announced that a notification had been received regarding the fixture between Apollonas and Aez Zakakiou. Apollonas won the game 4-0.
No details as to the betting activity had been provided.
Another notification was received late in September concerning the first division game between Aris Limassol and champions Apoel Nicosia, which the visitors won 3-0.
The CFA had announced a series of measures to tackle the matter but none of the teams involved have been sanctioned so far.
