Societe Francaise de Casinos has announced the acquisition of two new casinos in France to support the growth of the company's operations in the country.
Societe Francaise de Casinos SA, formerly La Tete Dans Les Nuages, announced it is a France-based company that is primarily engaged in the operation of casinos, virtual gaming centers, thermal SPA’s, hotels and restaurants. The Company operates through several subsidiaries located in France, such as Chatel Casino, Societe du Casino de Port la Nouvelle, Thermaux de Chatel Guyon (SEMCG), SCI d’Amenagement de la Zone Touristique de Gruissan, Societe Immobiliere Hoteliere de Congres et de Thermalisme (AZT), SCI Centre d’Animation Le Phoebus, among others. The Company’s biggest shareholder is Frameliris.
