A regular AGE exhibitor, Bracton announced Australia’s first full dispense BractonSafe Training Academy, developed to provide technical training for cellar workers in cellar operations, cleaning procedures, workplace safety and beer system standards.

"This specialised Training Academy will give staff the knowledge and technical skills needed to achieve best practice in your business and to identify key elements to reduce cost and increase profits," the company said in a statement.

"Bracton leads the way in custom font design. With in-house font manufacturing and a passion for design, they have manufactured fonts for recent high-profile venues such as the Newport Arms, Coogee Palace Hotel, Paddington Arms, The Palisade Hotel, and many others. They have recently added to our font portfolio the Op Tik by Streamline. The unique design allows a customer to see beer within the font design, and it is becoming extremely popular within the craft and beverage industries including coffee / wine dispense since 2014.

"This year they launched the new Bracton Craft Beer Line Cleaner, which is the first non-hazardous beer line cleaner available in Australia. BractonSafe Craft Beer Line Cleaner (for both mainstream and Craft beers) was launched following 2 years of on-site testing at some of Sydney’s most well-known venues such as The Oaks Hotel in Neutral Bay, Bankstown Sports Club, Terry Hills Tavern, Star City Casino and Mounties Group venues. Currently, over 100+ venues in Sydney are using the Bracton Craft Beer Line Cleaner. A highly respected independent laboratory has scientifically tested the cleaner with outstanding results.  The BractonSafe Craft Beer Line Cleaning process enables beer line cleaning to be extended to monthly intervals, however, a weekly clean is currently the preferred option within the industry.

"The key selling point from a safety and environmental perspective to your business, is that the Craft Beer Line Cleaner is non-hazardous, non-toxic, and biodegradable. Due to its non-hazardous and uniquely engineered properties, the Craft Beer Line Cleaner has been entered in the SafeWork NSW Safe Work Awards, as the best solution to an identified workplace health and safety issue."
