Ganlot Senior Director Olive Chuang discussed with Yogonet the company's expectations ahead of the G2E Las Vegas show that will take place on September 27-29, saying the Taiwan-based firm “adopts different strategies” to focus on “differente regions,” seeking to continue innovating its “gaming technology and concept for our customers.”
“At this moment, Ganlot is planning to bring eye-catching effect to the audience at G2E,” Ms. Chuang said adding Ganlot also “keeps developing software and protocol” standards in order to meet clients' “special requirements.”
“From SAS/G2S and other jurisdiction protocol, to peripherals protocol for bill accepter TITO and card readers, even to customized firmware as well as special security design for anti-hacking game or hardware.”
Confident that Ganlot will “gather customers, guests and visitors from all over the world” at its Vegas booth, Ms. Chuang told Yogonet the Smart Casino Concept techoology will be also showcased during the event, “which will integrate IoT into casinos.”
About Ganlot’s future steps, Olive Chuang said the company is working to expand its business into South America. “With onsite customer service and technology support, we will be able to reduce communication barriers greatly,” she said considering “quality and service” the “cornerstone of Ganlot’s success."
“We make the most of the Brazilian branch of our mother company Portwell regarding services such as taxation, language, production and logistic,” she explained adding the Las Vegas event will provide Ganlot with a unique opportunity to gain ground in both "the North and South American markets."
