Playtech appoints new Non-Executive Director

She will also join a number of committees which are relevant to there expertise – the Remuneration Committee, the Risk & Compliance Committee, the Audit Committee, and the Nominations Committee.

Milne joins the board as an acclaimed industry expert in eGaming and technology. The regulatory compliance expertise she has after 20 years of experience in advising gaming and financial services clients is bringing a key hire to Playtech’s board.

Milne is currently a partner and team leader within the Intellectual Property and Science & Technology teams for Appleby in the Isle of Man. She is a member of The Law Society of Scotland, a Manx advocate and a Writer to Her Majesty’s Signet.

Claire Milne is not and hasn’t previously been a board member at any other company.
