Seminole Casino - Brighton has named Steffanie Immerfall as its new Player Development Executive.

A casino industry veteran of almost 20 years, Immerfall comes to Seminole Brighton Casino from Windcreek Casinos in Alabama where she held the position of Resorts Sales Manager focusing on business development and sales for both Windcreek Montgomery and Windcreek Wetumpka.

In her new role at Seminole Brighton Casino, Immerfall will be establishing relationships within the community to reach new guests and introduce all that Brighton has to offer to new players. She will be focusing on more onsite and off property community and charitable events to establish Brighton as a premier destination for entertainment in our local community.

"I am a firm believer in the saying that when you love what you do, you never have to work another day in your life," said the Purdue University graduate. "I love what I do and always find a way to make my work environment a fun and happy place to be."

A Chicago native, Immerfall also spent 17 years with Harrah's/Ameristar Casinos in East Chicago, Ind. where she held the positions of Slot Operations Manager, F&B/Hotel Operations Manager and Player's Club, Promotions & Special Events.

"My true passion is in elevating the guest experience while on property through service initiatives and using new technology to simplify the guest experience," she added.

While at Windcreek Casinos, Immerfall received four Romero Awards, which recognizes excellence in casino marketing.
