BTG brings communication options to AGE

BTG; the acronym doesn’t give anything away, what do BTG do?

Brighton Technologies Group (BTG) provide innovative communication, guest and staff paging and RTLS tracking solutions. Consisting of BLUFI Wireless P/L and Boomerang Paging P/L we deliver specialised onsite communications for casinos, clubs and hotels hospitality venues, retail and industrial customers.

BTG manufacture and distribute a range of BTG products and services, as well as market leading brands throughout Australia, Hong Kong, USA and the UK.  We pride ourselves on providing the complete solution by offering a range of competitive pricing, fully managed service and rental solutions, with 24hr support.

What are you expecting from this year’s AGE?

We have a large customer base within the Hospitality and Gaming Venue market and many of them attend AGE. We find our participation at this expo is a great chance to catch-up up with our long-term customers. It’s also an opportunity to meet new customers and share with all attendees our continually improving offer of products and services.

The products and services are you showcasing?

Whilst we’ll be bringing to the AGE our full range of communication options, this year we’ll be showcasing two new products.
The first is our ‘Connect Advanced Gaming software’ and it’s integration with Wi-Fi enabled smart devices such as watches, mobile phones and tablets for staff paging. This allows interfacing with tiered loyalty programs, first card insertion, priority paging and customised interfacing to other call buttons such as access control, alarm systems, security and duress.

The second is ‘Ultra-Trac’ our Real Time Location Tracking guest pager system which allows staff to locate and deliver the guests meal/order wherever they are in the venue. The Pager Location is tracked in ‘real time’ throughout the venue and shown on a Smart Tablet available to staff. With the ‘Ultra-Trac’ systems guests are free to move about the venue freely, and staff can always find them.

BTG is Australian owned, and has been assisting businesses communicate with their staff and customers since 1996. Our goal is to continually provide innovative, relevant and problem solving communication products and services to our customers.
