So what is crowdDJ®?

crowdDJ® gives patrons the opportunity to select their favorite songs to play within a venue either via an interactive crowdDJ® Kiosk, or their own mobile devices.

How does crowdDJ® work?

For patrons: Using a free app or a crowdDJ® Kiosk they can search for their favourite track and add it to the list of music currently playing in the venue.

For operators: crowdDJ® is an innovative way for customers to engage with a venue, by influencing a key aspect of their experience – the music, ultimately leading to increased dwell time.

Additionally, crowdDJ® is the only in-venue entertainment option that provides usage statistics – allowing you to accurately measure engagement.

How does crowdDJ® work with Spotify?

By connecting their Spotify account to crowdDJ®, users can then select a song from their own personal Spotify lists. If they like the music that is playing, users can take it home by pushing the current list of songs into their Spotify account.

Do venues need a Kiosk to support crowdDJ®?

The interactive Kiosk is an essential aspect of the crowdDJ® ecosystem. Our data shows that it acts as a powerful discovery gateway with four songs chosen via the Kiosk to every song chosen via the app.
