“Over the past decade, SC note acceptors have completely transformed the way we think about performance,” said Boris Petkov, CEO of Balkanfon. “Even after years of use, they continue to work the way they did on day one – accepting our players’ notes on the first pass while rejecting potential frauds and keeping maintenance requirements to an absolute minimum. We are more than pleased to extend our pledge to such a stable product as SC Advance.”
SC Advance evolved from the CASHFLOW SC note acceptor to further improve upon the key performance attributes responsible for operator profitability and player satisfaction – acceptance rate, jam rate, security and total cost of ownership. Specific enhancements include an improved recognition system, increased noteset memory, faster note-to-note speed and additional protection against fraudulent note constructions. This dramatic leap in performance has helped grow the installed field base of SC note acceptors to more than 2 million units worldwide.
“The fact that Balkanfon continues to specify SC note acceptors after an entire decade is strong testimony to the long-term performance, and resulting benefits, of our products,” added Alan Humble, CPI sales manager for Gaming – EMEA. “We are thrilled to further build upon our partnership with Boris and the rest of his team.”
