NetEnt has confirmed that Maria Hedengren will leave the company after five years as Chief Financial Officer.

She will retain her responsibilities as CFO of NetEnt until she leaves the company.

A search for Hedengren’s successor is under way. She will leave NetEnt to become the CFO of another company, the information about which is not yet public.

"Maria has made a significant contribution to the success of NetEnt over these past years. I will miss our interactions and wish her all the best in her new position”, said Per Eriksson, President and CEO of NetEnt.
