Betclic Everest will soon re-enter the Belgian market.
After four years of exclusion under the country’s online gambling licensing laws, the Belgian Gambling Commission has awarded the company licensing for online sports and casino slot betting on a Belgian domain .be website.
The licensing award brings to an end a long period of conflict between the company and the Belgian regulator which has seen Betclic fined and blacklisted in the past.
Betclic Everest secured the license through its partnership with Belgian arcade operator Pres Carats Sports SA.
