GameCo has licensed the first game for its video game gambling machine (VGM), a first-person action engine from game publisher, 505 Games.

It offers gamblers a 45 second skill-based experience on casino floors, delivering the same return to players as traditional slot machines.

Future VGM games will be familiar titles from other top publishers including first person action, sports, racing, fighting games, platformers, puzzle games, and more.

“GameCo is at the forefront of revolutionizing casino floors with skill-based gaming and we are excited to be part of the movement,” said Justin Berenbaum, Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Relations for 505 Games. “Our mission to set precedents aligns with GameCo, and we are eager to synergize our talents in an effort to attract new audiences to casino gaming,” he continued.

“We are very pleased to partner with 505 Games on the first ever video game gambling machines and skill-based games. Justin and 505 Games have proven to be innovators and leaders in the video game industry and their trust with GameCo in licensing their property is very meaningful. At GameCo, we’re gamers and game producers who are committed to uniting the video game and casino worlds," said Blaine Graboyes, CEO of GameCo.
