Pennsylvania slot machine revenue up 1.5% in April

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board has posted on its website the monthly report for total gross revenue and tax revenue generated from the play of slot machines at casinos during April.

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board has posted on its website the monthly report for total gross revenue and tax revenue generated from the play of slot machines at casinos during April.

According to the report, gross revenue from slot machines at the 12 casinos rose 1.5% in April of this year to USD 208,999,688 compared to the USD 205,894,827 of gross revenue in April 2015.

Tax revenue in April of this year was USD 111,555,793.

The average number of slot machines operating throughout Pennsylvania was 26,590 in April 2016 compared to 26,265 in April 2015.
