NetEnt reported a climb in revenues for 2015

NetEnt has published its annual report for 2015 on the company’s website, reporting a 33% climb in revenues to 120 M euros, and a 54% jump in profit after tax, to 40.5 M euros.

NetEnt has published its annual report for 2015 on the company’s website, reporting a 33% climb in revenues to 120 M euros, and a 54% jump in profit after tax, to 40.5 M euros.

Slots accounted for 87 per cent of game win from NetEnt games, with roulette next (seven per cent), followed by blackjack (four per cent). Video poker and other games each contributed one per cent to revenues.

President and CEO Per Eriksson, said of the results: “Strong growth is driven by rising demand for digital entertainment, especially in mobile. In 2015 we signed up 43 new customers and went live with 37.” He added that the company’s market share in Europe is estimated at approximately 30 per cent.

The annual report also included a breakdown of the NetEnt workforce. The company has more than 700 employees, 38 per cent of whom are female, with the gender split of the senior management team being 50/50.
