SugarHouse Casino earns fifth consecutive 'Top Workplace' honor

The casino has a team of approximately 1,700 employees, which places it in the large company category. Within that category, SugarHouse was ranked in the top 10.

The "Top Workplace" honor is particularly meaningful, because it's awarded entirely from votes cast by the Team Members who work there. Rankings are tabulated from anonymous Team Member surveys and validated by third-party research firm WorkplaceDynamics. Each participant is asked to be open and honest in categories including work environment, confidence in managers, overall job satisfaction and more.

At SugarHouse, Team Members refer to the casino as an exciting place to work, with team camaraderie, a "no door" policy and great benefits — including healthcare, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, domestic partner benefits, quarterly service bonuses and more.

This is SugarHouse Casino's 10th workplace recognition award since opening in 2010. SugarHouse Casino has been named a "Top Workplace" by Philly.com every year since 2012. The casino has also earned the "Best Place to Work" honor in the 2011-2015 Philadelphia Business Journal survey.
