iGaming Business confirms schedule for Betting Trends and Strategies Conference 2016

BeTS 2016 is the only dedicated sports betting conference that focuses on the latest opportunities, trends and strategies in the industry. This year's expert sessions cover everything from eSports to DFS to big data and sports betting.

Below are three highlights from the BeTS 2016 conference:

-June 9, 14.15: Big data and sports betting: How to engage consumers: One aim that every sportsbook has is to acquire new customers, increase time on site and ultimately trigger additional betting activity. This session will discuss how you can achieve this.

-June 9, 10.30: DFS - can it work in Europe? DFS took off in the US where it essentially became a proxy for gambling in a country where sports betting is largely banned. With the big brands looking at Europe and more DFS companies joining the fray, we discuss whether the model can work where betting is legal.

-June 9, 15.00: Olympic effort: Can Rio bring home the gold? London 2012 proved that the Olympics could work as a betting event. Will Rio 2016 continue the trend? How should you best target this event and capture the interest of the local markets in which you operate?

BeTS 2016 will be held on the 9th June 2016 at the RAI Exhibition and Convention Center in Amsterdam as part of the iGaming Super Show. The conference is free for all delegates to attend.
