The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board approved a fine of USD 10,000 against Presque Isle Downs, Inc., operator of Presque Isle Downs and Casino in Erie County.

The fine was the result of the approval of a consent agreement between the PGCB's Office of Enforcement Counsel and Presque Isle Downs, Inc., which permitted a vacant room to be utilized as a table games storage room without it being properly secured.

This resulted in numerous occasions when personnel were able to enter the room without a key.

The next meeting of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board is scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 30, 2016 in the PGCB's Public Hearing Room located on the second floor of Strawberry Square in Harrisburg.
