GSN Games acquires social casino studio Plumbee

Founded in 2011, Plumbee is best known for its successful Mirrorball Slots app, which boasts more than 10 million downloads on Facebook and mobile devices. The studio brings a team of more than 40 employees with a proven track record of creating innovative games for social casino audiences.

GSN Games acquires 100 percent of Plumbee Ltd equity, which was previously backed by Endemol and Idinvest Partners. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
