What products are you presenting at the upcoming ICE show? Are you debuting any new products specifically designed for the European market?

Ganlot is unveiling new products at ICE. We will bring exciting and innovative technology to the show. The most featured products are Intel 6th Gen AIO gaming system, Gaming Service Window (OSD Hardware Solution) for video and touch mixing technology and AMD Merlin Falcon COM Express Modules.

Attendees will be delightfully surprised to see our innovations in both concept and design, which are suitable to meet the requirements of slot machines, VLT, AWP, Arcade, Bingo, Lottery, Gaming Service Window and other.

What will be the highlights of this year's edition of the London exhibition? What are your expectations for the show?

Ganlot never stops developing. One of our key products for the show is our Gaming Service Window (OSD hardware solution), with video and touch mixing technology sources from games and casino management content, and output to a single video of slot machines will achieve the picture-in-picture function and enrich the player experience. While providing up to date logic boxes, Ganlot also develops the G2S technology actively and targeting to the next generation products of SAS to G2S. Our converter board solution together with G2S protocol will offer operators new benefits of monitoring and saving development time.

What's your strategy to gain market share in Europe?

Ganlot knows the gaming industry is unique and adopts different strategies towards different regions. In recent years, we had breakthroughs in the European market with out AIO gaming systems based on different platforms from X86 to RISC solutions.

The London exhibition is huge. Almost every company will attend the show to get a preview at the latest products and share business information. Ganlot always develops leading and innovative solutions to attract and engage with people, and ICE gives us the perfect stage to reveal our products to the European market. This year marks the third time that our company has joined the event.

We hope to meet with new customers and listen to their feedback at the exhibition.

What are the strengths of the European market and where do oppourtunities lie?

Ganlot has done an outstanding job with AWP in Europe, by understanding local jurisdictions and specific design. Ganlot is always following market trends and studying different approaches to new regulations. We have to be prepared for both market challenges and opportunities in Europe.
