Yahoo names Morongo as a top casino in the nation
The website also named the Cabazon resort in the top three of the the nation’s third best casino outside of Las Vegas. Morongo was listed at No. 3 ahead of other casinos such as the Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City and the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Florida.
Thunder Valley Casino near Sacramento and the Mohegan Sun in Connecticut were ranked No. 2 and 1 respectively.
As part of its "Yahoo Ranks" series, the website lists the top 10 rankings as "the most-searched non-Vegas casinos." In the Morongo piece, the casino is called a "desert oasis" and is listed as being one of the largest casinos in California. The recognition of being one of four AAA four diamond casinos in the state is also listed as a highlight.
