TCS John Huxley announced key appointments in its Americas division, to further strengthen customer service.

Under the direction of Todd Cravens, CEO – The Americas, TCS John Huxley has seen exciting growth in this region. The company secured a multitude of key accounts and introduced the industry’s first Roulette Technology Center in October.

As a result of such advancements, the company sees the addition of Business Development Manager, Tony Maniscalco and Internal Sales Representative, Rhonda Stannard, to further support its customers and secure new business opportunities.

Concentrating on the Southeast and Caribbean account base, as well as the Americas cruise ship industry, Maniscalco reports directly to Cravens, bringing with him 25 years of sales and management experience from the coin-operated amusement machine industry. Working out of his home state of Florida, he will be able to service his accounts quickly and frequently, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Cravens remarked: “Adding Tony to the team was one of the missing pieces we needed for the Southeast and Caribbean markets. I’m looking forward to watching him thrive in this role in order to help us continue to grow and progress as a business. ”

In the newly created position of Inside Sales Representative, Stannard is responsible for managing customer accounts, as well as assisting Business Development Managers to ensure the finest level of customer experience. She is an experienced B2B sales & account manager who most recently directed an Inside Sales team in the point-of-sale software industry. Rhonda is based in the TCS John Huxley Las Vegas office.
