American Gaming Association (AGA) President and CEO Geoff Freeman was named one of the top association lobbyists of 2015 by Washington, DC newspaper The Hill.

Earlier this year, the AGA launched its first-ever “Gaming Votes” initiative, which is educating candidates about the industry and informing gaming employees about the candidates as they visit key early-vote and battleground states – which also happen to be casino states.

Casino gaming supports more than half-a-million jobs and contributes $75 billion to local communities in key presidential states including Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Nevada, Ohio, Pennsylvania and others. Since launching Gaming Votes in February, AGA has held events with community leaders, gaming employees and members of Congress in Nevada, Iowa, Ohio and Colorado.
