In his role, Kline he will continue to grow the company’s presence in North America, Asia and new markets, to further enhance awareness of House Advantage and HALo, its market leading HALo loyalty platform.
Joining the loyalty and gaming operations-focused senior management team at House Advantage, Kline brings a wealth of direct operator experience to the Company and its global clients, in addition to his world-class proficiency in both marketing and operations.
The hiring underscores a wave of growth for Company in North America and Asia, including major enterprise contracts in the western and southwestern US, the Philippines and Macau.
Most recently, Kline served as Senior Vice President of Relationship Marketing for Sands China, where he was responsible for leading loyalty marketing, CRM and capability development, which included the market-leading loyalty program, Sands Rewards Club. He has also served with Harrah’s Entertainment then Caesars Entertainment for more than a decade, in both senior corporate loyalty marketing and senior property operational roles.
Kline received his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Edinburgh and undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University.
