Konami's SYNKROS awarded first place in 14th Annual Gaming & Technology Awards

SYNKROS SYNKdot was awarded Best Productivity-Enhancement Technology for bringing business intelligence to a greater level of on-the-go mobility and visualization with expectation-based performance indicators specifically developed for real-time mobile monitoring.

Using predetermined key performance indicators (KPI’s) customized by the property, SYNKdot captures real-time data from the SYNKROS database and interprets the information according to how well it falls within the property’s expected thresholds. Each key area of revenue displays a corresponding colored dot to express the overall health of its current status, with a green, yellow, and red dots indicating good, moderate, and weak performance respectively. For greater detail on particular areas, users can drill down into various sub-dots to focus on key performance metrics that allow them to take targeted actions.
