Ortiz Gaming has exhibited its products at ICE, Fer-Interazar, NIGA, Canadian Gaming Summit and OIGA this year. After these shows, you anticipated that the company was preparing developments for G2E. What products are you debuting at the trade show? What can visitors expect?
It is important for us to maintain ahead of the curve and of the trends in the industry. For this reason, we focus on research and development. Since G2E last year, building on the successful launch of O-Circle, we have been working towards the release of many more products. This year, we have nearly tripled our product offerings with new bingo, slot and keno games; new cabinets, systems and hardware; and new ways to deliver our games.
Ortiz Interactive, our interactive gaming division, makes the famous Ortiz Gaming library available on a variety of platforms which include online, server-based, electronic bingo and lottery solutions.
You introduced Six Bingo and both O-Circle and O-Future cabinets. Where have you installed these products?
Six Bingo has become our number one selling product in North America. Six Bingo takes the familiar 5x5 bingo card game to a new level by adding multiple cards and extra bonus balls. Six Bingo exciting graphics and rich sound have become a hit amongst players and has increased revenue generation, making it a clear choice for operators.
The O-Future and O-Circle cabinets have been a hit this year. Since its launch, O-Circle, our evolutionary cabinet with a 42” curved display, has generated quite a reaction. Both cabinets are built for player comfort and engagement, and their sleek and modern design make a great addition to any casino floor. For these reasons, it is no surprise that the O–Future has been our highest selling cabinet internationally. And we expect similar results for O-Circle in the upcoming quarter.
What can you tell us about your performance in America? Have you achieved significant progress since the last edition of G2E?
Although we have been busy developing and creating new products, Ortiz Gaming has also managed significant growth and expansion in all of the regions we are present. For Ortiz Gaming, 2015 is playing out to be a historical year. Since G2E 2014, we have expanded in Europe and Asia, adding new countries and regions to our scope. And in North America we have continued to grow in both Native American and Commercial gaming markets.
What are your expectations for the end of 2015? Are you meeting your business goals for the year?
Excitedly, we have already exceeded many of the goals we have set in the beginning of the year. Ortiz Gaming has had a successful year, and we want to continue down this path. We have set new goals as we approach G2E, to ensure a strong launch and adoption of all of our new products. Tripling our product line is not an easy feat but have worked hard to ensure every step is in place to achieve great success.
