The Bicycle Hotel & Casino will open a seven-storey, 117,907 sqft boutique hotel on December 1 and usher in a new gaming and hospitality experience to Los Angeles.

“With the addition of the hotel, The Bicycle Hotel & Casino is now a full-service, multi-sensory gaming and resort destination for Los Angeles and all of Southern California,” commented Managing General Partner & CEO Hashem Minaiy. “Our vision was to design a sophisticated and luxurious hotel property; an urban retreat which welcomes guests locally, nationally and internationally.”

Raised by commercial luxury general contractor R.D. Olson Construction with architecture by Lee & Sakahara Architects and interior design by Hager Design International, the hotel will open with 99 rooms and suites, innovative dining concepts such as The Bike Brewery, and resort amenities including a full spa and elevated outdoor pool deck with private cabanas.

The Bicycle Hotel & Casino will bring unprecedented sophistication and style to the Los Angeles hospitality and gaming sector, catering to the full spectrum of card-cutting enthusiasts, national and international guests, and premier poker tours.

A floor design of overlapping circles – inspired by a bicycle wheel – winds its way to a variety of amenities, including dining, a coffee house, a gift shop, entry to the casino concourse, and a VIP gaming area of bold Asian influence and decor. The second floor features the fitness center and outdoor pool deck with private cabanas. Additionally, 9,000 sqft of multi-purpose event and private meeting space will lend itself to business functions, traveling conventions, and banquets.

After a run at the casino’s 185 gaming tables, guests can relax and re-energise in elegantly appointed deluxe guestrooms, designed to be tranquil retreats. For guests seeking premium accommodations, 29 luxury suites will range from the Classic Suite, the signature The Bike Suite, the extravagantly curated Governor’s Suite and a Presidential Suite, at over (2,000 sqft.

Robert Carter, President of Carter Management Group, a General Partner of The Bicycle Hotel & Casino, describes the new destination as “a true four-star experience featuring modern guest rooms, lavish suites, a resort-style pool with cabanas, a tranquility spa and more. It’s a dream fully realized, a perfect complement to the casino, and we can’t wait to share it with our guests.”

After years of planning and construction, a $50m investment, and a groundbreaking with California Governor Jerry Brown, The Bicycle Hotel & Casino is poised to take Los Angeles gaming to unrivalled heights as a stay-and-play destination.
