Intralot announced that Ms. Chryssa Amanatidou, Sr. Manager of Public Relations and CSR, has been awarded by PGRI with the “Collaboration Award” together with her partners from Scientific Games and IGT, for their vision, breakthrough initiatives and action in forging creative collaborations which have contributed to the great success of Government Lotteries.

Mr. Paul Jason, CEO of PGRI, stated during the award ceremony: “Lotteries all around the world are striving to create new collaborations that promise to keep government-gaming in the leadership role and continue to drive increasing funds to Good Causes. It’s about seeking out and creating new opportunities to work collaboratively in service to our industry. That’s why we want to recognize three industry leaders, Intralot, IGT and Scientific Games, who took it upon themselves to collaborate for the purpose of delivering a better result that benefits the entire industry. We congratulate them for all of their tremendous efforts, and work to emulate their example for how service to our industry will be best served by focusing on our common goals and interests”.

Mr. Nikos Nikolakopoulos, Intralot Group Chief Operating Officer, congratulated Ms. Amanatidou and said: “We are proud of Chryssa's well-deserved recognition from the industry. This award rewards her efforts and commitment, as well as her ability to effectively collaborate with other industry professionals to the benefit of the gaming sector as a whole".

Amanatidou stated, while receiving the award by Ms. Rebecca Hargrove, President & Chief Executive Officer, Tennessee Education Lottery Corp. and Mr. Paul Jason of Public Gaming, “I am very honoured to receive this award and I would like to thank my management and my team that supported and empowered this initiative all the way through. It's been a long journey of more than 10 years, when we decided with Gayle Kennedy (Scientific Games), and Edith McCarthy (IGT) to join forces towards a common vision: to create a networking platform where people from the industry would share their knowledge, experience and ideas and ultimately inspire the lottery community. And therefore competition became "co-opetition" based on mutual trust, respect, consistency and commitment”.

Amanatidou is a gaming industry professional with more than 15 years of experience.

Amanatidou entered the industry in 2001 joining Intralot as a Public Relations executive. She is managing the Group’s communication and relations with the Lottery and Gaming Associations globally, while she is responsible for Corporate Social Responsibility and the organization of the tradeshows and corporate events.
