The Casino Careers team will be attending the 2015 Global Gaming Expo. "We offer elevated services and also monitor our clients' job postings to ensure their links work, their job descriptions are complete, and their company branding pages are accurate,” said Joe Conahan, the director of recruitment.

Talent acquisition is a rewarding occupation – one to which the Casino Careers team has dedicated over 17 years, focusing solely on the Gaming-Hospitality/Technology industry, which supports over 1.7 million jobs in the US alone.

“At the end of the day, you go home knowing that you’ve helped connect good employees with successful companies, who will hopefully land a lucrative position,” said Beth Deighan, president of Casino Careers, LLC.

The staffing company offers a Job Board and Executive Placement services to employers with land and sea-based casino-resorts, racinos, tribal enterprises, gaming technology/manufacturing companies, race-tracks, regulatory agencies, vendors/suppliers, iGaming, lotteries, pari-mutuels, and other ancillary businesses and organizations.

This past year, Casino Careers helped place hundreds of employees with gaming companies in the US, Canada, the Caribbean, Korea, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Macau, and the Western Pacific Island of Saipan.

To attract candidates to their clients’ opportunities, the Casino Careers staff communicates openings to candidates with a matching skill-set in their job board database of over 160,000 resumes. The database is regularly cleaned of duplicates, undeliverable and incomplete resumes.

Additionally, the company has a proprietary database of passive executives who only wish to be contacted about advancement opportunities when the company's Gaming Hospitality Executive division is retained to conduct an executive search.

Since opening in 1998, the company has developed numerous affiliations with professional organizations, associations, colleges & trade schools, and social networks, to attract qualified professionals and senior/middle management in all departments (gaming/non-gaming, front and back of house).

"Our services are more personalized than other staffing companies with a Job Board," explained Joe Conahan, the director of recruitment. "We communicate frequently with our customers to ensure that they are receiving qualified applicants," he noted.
