Atlantis Paradise Island has launched a property upgrade that includes a new high-limit casino at the luxury venue in the Bahamas.

Targeted at the “elite casino customer,” according to management, the new casino will be located on the existing casino floor and feature high-limit slot machines and private gaming rooms.

Called Salon Privé, the high-limit casino is in a secluded portion of the casino and will cater to high rollers. Set in a modern and sophisticated atmosphere, features of the new casino include a 500-shard Swarovski crystal chandelier and a 16ft curved glass aquarium filled with exotic fish. Experienced dealers are on hand offering a selection of high-stake table games.

“This new lavish gaming destination that we are offering is what make Atlantis the most desirable hotel experience in the world,” said Atlantis Paradise Island in a statement.

The new gaming facility is part of a larger resort-wide renovation and significant capital investment that continues to innovate the Atlantis experience. Brookfield Asset Management, which has owned the property since last year, teamed up with world-renowned interior architect and designer, Jeffrey Beers, on the new upgrades.

“Atlantis always strives to create the best possible vacation experience. With these modern and contemporary enhancements to two of our dining outlets, Atlantis Casino, and The Cove Atlantis, we continue to set a new standard to all our loyal and future guests,” remarked Paul Burke, Atlantis Paradise Island President & Managing Director.
