Further to the announcement on 4 September 2015 of the recommended offer by GVC Holdings PLC for bwin.party, 888 confirmed on 4 September 2015 that it is no longer in discussions regarding the acquisition of bwin.party.

Further to the announcement on 4 September 2015 of the recommended offer by GVC Holdings PLC for bwin.party, 888 confirmed on 4 September 2015 that it is no longer in discussions regarding the acquisition of bwin.party.
Accordingly, bwin.party confirmed its intention that the Court Meeting and the General Meeting to be held on 29 September 2015 in connection with the scheme of arrangement relating to 888's offer for bwin.party will be adjourned indefinitely.
bwin.party shareholders are requested not to attend the meetings or return any proxy voting forms sent to them in relation to the Meetings.
Documents relating to the scheme of arrangement and associated shareholder meetings in connection with the GVC Offer will be published in due course.
