The Macao Gaming Show (MGS) has confirmed the return of the ground-breaking Slot Experience Center (SEC)to this year’s show at the Venetian Macao. With less than 90 days to go before the doors open to the Asian gaming industry’s primary exhibition, the return of the successful SEC is sure to be met with a positive response from slot professionals and enthusiasts alike.

Following its debut at MGS 2013, the Slot Experience has become a staple part of the annual event with gaming machine manufacturers showcasing their products to players and senior slot experts at the exhibition. The Slot Experience Center (SEC) provides a uniquely influential test bed in the industry for the world’s leading Electronic Gaming Machine (EGM) manufacturers. This year MGS hopes to extend the experience, providing even more opportunities for in-depth feedback at the test bed event and special guests to be announced who will be able to trial the latest products.

Visitors to November’s ‘By Asia for the world’ exhibition will have the opportunity to test drive the latest machines and provide crucial feedback to participating manufacturers. Players, together with senior level slot experts will evaluate the games across a number of criteria including game theme, graphics, sound and the overall playing experience with awards going to the EGM manufacturers who receive the highest number of votes. 2014 saw a high standard of games showcased at the SEC – with Konami, Aruze Gaming, Aristocrat and Laxino winning awards in the Best Theme, Best Music, Best Playing Experience and Best Graphics respectively.

Praising the success of previous SECs at the Macao Gaming Show, Events Director and General Manager Marina Wong said: “The Slot Experience Centre is not about hard sell: it’s about honest dialogue and games innovation. It’s about gaining trust-worthy advice and indicators to help move technology and product development forward.

“We’re extremely happy to announce the return of the Experience Center to our 2015 event following its resounding success last year. We believe it’s an excellent opportunity for manufacturers to receive honest, insightful feedback from slot professionals, enthusiasts, and even causal players.”
