All over the world, JCM Global’s products help gaming operators make better connections with their customers. Now JCM, which is celebrating 60 years in business, has deepened those connections with the company’s GEN2 Universal thermal printer, Ticket2Go system and PromoNet system having made their Australian premiere at the AGE 2015.

JCM Australasian Sales and Business Manager Matt Collaros said, “This is an exciting time at JCM. For 60 years, we have created innovative solutions that have changed the way entire industries do business. At AGE 2015, we were thrilled to introduce the latest in our history of innovations that will help gaming operators across Australasia make even better customer connections.”

The GEN2 Universal printer is equipped with ITH (Intelligent Ticket Handling) technology that makes the cashout ticket available only after the ticket is fully printed internally and automatically burst; a larger paper capacity that saves money; IntelligentBezel System that detects blocks bezels and prevents jams; ProColor 2-color printing; and an expanded graphics memory. It also has three ports to support all games, USB 2.0 full speed that is future GSA-compliant and IGT-compliant, and backward-compatible RS232 and NetPlex ports, meaning it is ready for today’s games and the next generation of downloadable server-based games.

Ticket2Go is a retrofit ticketing solution designed specifically for gaming and AWP devices that do not support standard ticketing protocols. Multi-lingual and multi-currency, Ticket2Go can be installed across multiple sites, enabling operators to replace coin payout technology with a simple ticket-based solution. Further, the added Ticket2Go Ticket Redemption Module can be integrated with any third-party ticket redemption terminal, creating a secure and automated solution for gaming venues.

PromoNet is an intelligent couponing solution that identifies valuable carded and non-carded players, links promotions to game-play, and delivers promotions exactly where and when they are needed. With PromoNet, operators can easily and quickly tailor different rewards programs to all guests with triggers that work in real-time, linking game-play metrics and slot promotions directly to player behavior, raising player club sign-up potential and helping to extend game play and increase slot revenues.

JCM also showed its iVIZION, TBV, iPRO, iPRO-RC DBV-500 and UBA bill validators; the Intelligent Cash Box (ICB) system; and the handheld firmware upload tool BlueWave.
