Jupiters signs up as first partner for Gold Coast 2018

Echo Entertainment Group and its Jupiters Hotel and Casino development has struck a deal to become the first official partner of the 2018 Commonwealth Games multi-sport event in the Australian city of Gold Coast.

Echo Entertainment Group and its Jupiters Hotel and Casino development has struck a deal to become the first official partner of the 2018 Commonwealth Games multi-sport event in the Australian city of Gold Coast.

Under the agreement, Jupiters will serve as an official partner of the Gold Coast Games, which will take place from April 4-14, 2018.

The Jupiters Hotel and Casino, which is being constructed in Gold Coast at a cost of approximately USD 255.5 M is due to be completed ahead of the 2018 Games.

John O'Neill, chairman of Echo Entertainment, said: “The legacy of the Games will be to again position the Gold Coast as an Australian destination of choice for tourists and investors, for decades to come.

“As a long-standing member of the Gold Coast community, Jupiters is proud to partner with the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games to help take advantage of this once-in-a-generation opportunity to propel the Gold Coast forward.”
