Olympic Entertainment Group buys two casinos in Milan
Olympic Entertainment Group (OEG) company Jackpot Game S.r.l. has acquired business activity of two VLT slot casinos in Milan, Judica Concetta and sons sas, from Italian VLT casino operator Pasquale Di Gaetano.

Olympic Entertainment Group (OEG) company Jackpot Game S.r.l. has acquired business activity of two VLT slot casinos in Milan, Judica Concetta and sons sas, from Italian VLT casino operator Pasquale Di Gaetano.
The parties agreed not to disclose the price of the transaction. The acquisition aims to increase the Company’s market share in Italy. On completion of the transaction, OEG will own 14 VLT slot casinos in Italy.
In 2014, the two facilities reported gaming revenues, before deducting the gaming tax of Italy, of €0.7m. During the acquisition, no shares of the Company are acquired; Jackpot Game S.r.l. takes over only the business activity of VLT slot casinos.
