Kansas Senate committee moves on amended gambling bill

The Committee on Federal and State Affairs-Kansas has approved an amended version of Bill HB2074.

HB2074 would permit a revival and reinjection of racetrack gaming facilities by permitting at least 600 electronic gaming machines be allocated to and placed at each racetrack gaming facility.

Amongst its other provisions: 7% of net electronic gaming machine income would be credited to the live greyhound racing purse supplement fund along with the same amount going to the live horse racing purse supplement fund.
