Following the software developer’s annual general meeting late month, Net EntertainmentNE AB is formalizing the change of company name to NetEnt AB along with the announcement of new ISIN codes.
NetEnt’s name change has been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office and comes after having operated under both names for some time.
The company said it is “aiming for a more effective and clear communication with the use of one name”.
