Cadillac Jack has been recognized as one of Atlanta’s Top 50 Midsize Workplaces by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution (AJC). Cadillac Jack had previously received this prestigious honor in 2013.

“It is an honor to be voted by our employees as one of the best places to work in metro Atlanta,” said Mauro Franic, Chief Operating Officer of Cadillac Jack.  “Our employees are extremely passionate about teamwork and the contributions they make to the success of the company.  One of our top priorities is to foster an engaging work environment where our employees are inspired and feel valued.  This achievement truly reflects the commitment, loyalty and passion of all Cadillac Jack team members.”

The AJC 2015 Top Workplaces are determined solely on employee feedback.  More than 50,000 workers participated in the survey, nominating 1,400 companies throughout the region for the annual contest held by the AJC and Workplace Dynamics.   Participants were given the opportunity to comment on their company’s values, workplace culture, career progression and job satisfaction, leadership, communication and strategy.
