Foxwoods Resort Casino has reported slot revenue of USD 40.4M for the month of March 2015.

This figure is down 9.3% compared to USD 44.6M in March of 2014. Handle for the month was USD 507.5M, down 10.3%from the USD 566M wagered in the same month in 2014.

Foxwoods’ contribution to the Connecticut Special Revenue Fund in March 2015 is $10.7 million bringing the cumulative contribution to the state since Foxwoods opened in 1992 to nearly $3.7 billion.

March was an exciting month for guests of Foxwoods Resort Casino as the property showcased some of the world’s biggest and brightest acts including Marie Osmond, Sinbad, Cheech & Chong, Fifth Harmony, Gran Combo & Tego Calderon, and Barry Manilow. In addition, North America’s largest resort casino hosted a job fair in March to hire more than 900 employees for the new Tanger Outlets at Foxwoods, scheduled to open on May 21, 2015. With more than 80 branded and designer outlet retailers, including Banana Republic, Brooks Brothers, Calvin Klein, Coach, Michael Kors, Steve Madden, Tommy Hilfiger and many more, the spectacular new Tanger Outlets at Foxwoods will transform the face of retail in southeastern Connecticut and offer loyal Foxwoods guests more reasons to play and stay when visiting the Northeast’s premier entertainment destination.

The excitement continues in April with more spectacular events in the legendary Fox Theater, spectacular Grand Theater, and intimate Comix Comedy Club. This includes Engelbert Humperdinck (April 18), Paul Anka (April 24) and Jeff Foxworthy (April 24).
