Gussarsky, who has served in the role as chief executive officer for eight years, will remain at the company and take on a different board level position.
Lahav, who has also been with Mansion for eight years, will assume his new position as chief executive officer on April 1.
Lahav will be replaced as chief operating officer by Shelly Hadad, who currently serves as director of business development and has been with the company for seven years in various lead operations and marketing roles.
In a statement, Mansion Group said: “The group is very happy with the changes as it provides continuity to the management of the business at such an important time for the company's development plans for this year and for the future, and in managing the ongoing challenges facing the industry as a whole.
“It also acknowledges the calibre of internal talent and longevity within the Mansion Group, and its succession planning processes to be able to make such changes with a positive impact.”
