Mark Birtha has been named president of Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park.
Birtha, the current senior vice president and general manager at the Rocksino, replaces Jon Lucas, who was named executive vice president of hotel and casino operations at Hard Rock International in Orlando.
He joined Hard Rock Rocksino in 2014 and was responsible for overseeing all of the property's operations. He has been in the casino and hotel industry for 20 years and has worked at Mirage Resorts, Las Vegas Sands, Station Casinos, Marriott International and Starwood.
Jeff Michie, executive director of finance at Rising Star Casino in Rising Sun, Indiana, was appointed senior vice president of operations and finance.
