Veridocs bolsters sales force by hiring three Top Executives

In the past 20 years, Eric Walla, has headed up sales teams at FutureLogic, Suzo-Happ Group, and Seiko Instruments. Walla rose to the top quickly at each company, was instrumental in assembling successful strategic plans, increased sales revenues, and ultimately helped maintain or elevate each company to become the leader in their respective market. As the new VP of Business Development at Veridocs, Eric will be responsible for the development and performance of all global sales activities. He will staff, mentor, and direct domestic and international sales teams, enhance existing reseller program, and establish plans and strategies to retain and expand the company’s existing customer base in gaming, financial, hotel, public safety, telecommunications, health care, and retail markets.

With more than 35 years of hands-on experience in operations, systems development, and information technology in the gaming industry, Robert Germano is uniquely qualified as Veridocs’ new Director of Application Implementation. On his journey, Robert has held a variety of systems development and project management positions and has crossed paths with nearly every major operator and EGM including Caesars Entertainment, IGT, Bally, among others. Robert holds several table games patents that are currently in use by over 30 North American casinos today. Reporting to Eric Walla, Robert will work closely with the product management and customer support teams in his new role at Veridocs.

Jackie Suan, formerly Jackie Mobley, was hired as the new Director of Business Development, and will report directly to Eric Walla. In her new role, Jackie will take over Veridocs’ sales and business development efforts in the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean. Jackie brings over 16 years of face-to-face customer interaction and expertise in selling of electronic components in the gaming market throughout North America. Her extensive experience combined with her natural aptitude for building strong customer relationships, will help lead the planned growth in her territory for Veridocs.
