AGI will fully control all international sales and distribution of its multi-player product range directly, through its subsidiary companies in some jurisdictions and via certain distribution partners in specific markets. TCS John Huxley will still have access to software and spare parts support, via AGI approved local channels, for this NOVOMATIC product range and thus will be able to offer related services in certain designated markets.
