Wynn may have recently taken a pay cut as CEO of Wynn Resorts but there is no need for sympathy for the casino-hotel mogul.
The information is based on a proxy filing made Friday to investors ahead of the company's annual shareholder meeting April 24. Wynn owns nearly 10 percent of the company.
The company cut Wynn's base salary from US$ 4 million to US$ 2.5 million in January but he continues to receive bonuses and up to US$ 250,000 a year to use the company's private plane for travel. Wynn pays US$ 525,000 a year in rent for a Wynn Las Vegas villa since November 2013. The rent goes up to US$ 559,295 in March.
