(UK, exclusive Yogonet.com).- TCS John Huxley’s Marketing Director, Tracy Cohen, shared her opinion on the latest edition of ICE Totally Gaming with Yogonet and gave a brief insight on the company’s business strategies to meet its 2015 targets.

TCS showcased Blaze LED Technology and Saturn Auto Wheel for the first time at ICE; how was the feedback from visitors?

Although the emphasis has been on developing and launching the new Gaming Floor Live platform, TCSJOHNHUXLEY has not diverted its focus from the existing product range. In fact, much of the established portfolio such as the benchmark Chipper Champ 2, Saturn Roulette wheel and e-FX display products are now technology enabled to connect to the new platform.

While many of our products were showstoppers, the new SaturnTM Auto roulette wheel and Blaze products certainly created a lot of interest. SaturnTM Auto’s compact footprint impressed visitors, as it’s the smallest of any automated wheel on the market and is designed to sit perfectly on any live Roulette table – it’s the same size as a standard SaturnTM Wheel. Incorporating a patented ball firing mechanism, it also offers the flexibility to operate as a fully automated wheel using fixed betting cycles driven by a third-party system, or it can be controlled via a manual launch button. These features were very well received, as it’s perfect for 24/7 operations and integrating with ETG’s.

Our new Blaze LED surface technology for Roulette, Sicbo and Money Wheel features a slim-line and energy-efficient LED matrix fitted below the cloth surface of the gaming table. Visitors could see the advantage of fully customisable attract sequences, winning number highlights and dynamic light displays that integrate with our e-FX TM displays and Gaming Floor Live platform. By illuminating all winning numbers and sections of the game layout clearly, there is improved visibility for Pit Bosses and security staff, who can easily monitor game procedures.

What’s the scoop coming away from ICE Totally Gaming 2015?

The ICE show continues to go from strength to strength and has become the foremost international trade show from an exhibitor and visitor perspective. We have always seen ICE as the perfect platform to launch products as it’s the first major trade show in the calendar and a serious focus for buyers. Visitors come to ICE to see what is going on in the industry as well as to meet up with friends and colleagues.

ICE has managed to maintain its position because the show has been able to grow and innovate with the industry. There has been so much change, especially with the emergence of new sectors, but the show has evolved and remained dynamic throughout. This attracts the premier suppliers to exhibit and the highest quality visitors and buyers to attend. The quality of services and events has also been well maintained and the fact that the show is held in London is also an important draw from an international visitor perspective.

What are TCS John Huxley’s business targets for 2015?

The industry is changing with consolidation producing mega companies and streamlined organizations. We see this as a major advantage for TCSJOHNHUXLEY and you will see us focus more time and more effort on customer service. We will continue to invest in our people to provide service, sales and support to better assist our customers.

Our aim is to be the best supplier of live table gaming solutions and we must be able to work with, react to and plan the future with our customers. How are you planning to strengthen business activities in established markets and expanding into new ones?

Over the past few years TCSJOHNHUXLEY has been undergoing significant change with a focus on researching and developing our own products and investing in infrastructure and people to create teams to power innovation. The emphasis is on growing customer partnerships by understanding their challenges and business requirements and providing solutions that drive and grow their businesses through enabling technology innovations. The company is leveraging its past and combining it with new products for today and the future.

By introducing enabling technology to these traditional table products it is possible to provide the same levels of real-time data collection that operators currently enjoy from their slot systems. However, in order for all these products to interface and communicate with each other there has to be an open architecture to enable operators to connect each device on the table, not only from TCSJOHNHUXLEY but multiple vendors to existing systems technology. With the introduction of Gaming Floor Live this is now possible for the first time.
