NYX Gaming to retain TMX Equicom

(Australia).- Gaming solutions provider NYX Gaming Group has announced the retention of TMX Equicom. Under the one-year deal which will commence immediately, NYX Gaming will pay TMX Equicom a monthly retainer fee of USD 7,500 for select strategic communications services.
NYX Gaming said that neither TMX Equicom nor any of its principals have an ownership interest, either directly or indirectly, in the gaming firm or any of its securities.
NYX Gaming has also not granted TMX Equicom or its principals any right to acquire such interests.
